Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Mignuti Media, owner Eduard Ditler, Pfarrer-Menges-Straße 5, 56112 Lahnstein, Germany, phone: +49 15560 926046, email: media@mignuti.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Special notes

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

For a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. downloads, digital files), your right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performing the contract after you

  1. have expressly agreed that we begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period expires,
  2. have acknowledged that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, and
  3. we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract, including your consent, on a durable medium (by email) (Section 356(5) German Civil Code, BGB).

You give this consent with the corresponding checkbox in the cart before placing your order.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for personalized goods

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (Section 312g(2) no. 1 BGB) – for example printed caricatures based on your photo.
